- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife's appt was cancelled due to a error on the staff's behalf. Our referring dentist told them we they weren't sure if they had our correct phone number it could've been a 8 or a 5. We never received a call, but when she went to her appointment we were told they canceled it due to no confirmation, even though we received no notice or apology for the mix up. My wife lost a full days pay as well. When she actually visited the office they collected her entire CO pay of 368$. We were not told ahead of time this entire payment would be due at time of service which was inconvient for us. Very disappointed with our service.July 28, 2017by Joshua Smith
