  I like Dr. Gross but I am less than impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the office. The attitude I received from the staff after speaking to the office manager was anything but professional.

  My children were kicked out of white wilson services because when I brought all the necessary documents for my sons ADD to Dr. Paul Berger he didn't even look at one page and instead attacked my disciplinary abilities. I walked out of the appointment. I contacted the office manager, Christie, who has apologized for Dr. Bergers need to attack me. Explained to me that he was completely in the wrong. So I tried to move my kids to a different Dr at the fwb location, only to be told they will see my son, but will only tell me what Dr. Berger said. In other words, my son isn't able to get a second opionin??? Because of what Dr. Berger, who specialized in premature infants for 30+ years and has no knowledge of ADD or ADHD, wrote in my childs file. Spoke to Tara the office manager at fwb location and Christie at navarre just yesterday again. They were both apologizing. I've left messages for sue (taras boss) to call me back and still haven't heard a word. Spoke to my insurance to get my kids a new doctor. They filed a discrimination complaint against white wilson and are launching an internal investigation. Dr. Paul Berger black listed my 7 year old son (and 9 year old daughter also)! The letter I received says that my lack of confidence in your doctors is why we are being discharged. Well yeah, your Dr attacked me instead of following protocol.
